I have always doodled while thinking. I used to draw goofy pictures, but as an adult, my doodling has changed to random words and phrases. I found these doodles all over a notebook from 2009:<\/p>\n

Monk
\nBeautiful, peaceful monk
\nof the dawn
\nTouching the breath
\nof the morning life<\/p>\n
We co-create.
\nAllow it to happen.<\/p>\n
Hard work and discipline
\n— What’s down that road?<\/p>\n
I touched heaven
\nand it was fire and love.
\nThe light is the way.
\nThe path is illuminated.
\nThe words are the map.<\/p>\n
I am already naked
\nNow PLAY
\nPlay<\/p>\n
There was a road
\nand I didn’t know how to walk it.<\/p>\n
If we define art as a beautiful and inspiring act then
\nLife is art.
\nEvery moment spent truly living
\nis creation.<\/p>\n
My Dreams are often nebulous and beautiful;
\nthey are a Monet of emotions and colors.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
