  2. Joyce says:

    Thank you so much for the perfect planner pages. I was searching and was going to make my own and then I found yours! Holy mackrel what a blessing! May the convience you have given others come back to you 100 fold.. I wish you a beautiful day……

  3. Dina says:

    I love these! If you ever make a “classic” size version (5.5×8) I’d love to see it!!!

  4. Angel says:

    @Dina

    Hiya Dina,

    I’m sorry it took so long to reply to this. I am planning on doing a classic size version for 2011 since so many folks asked for it over on diyplanner.com. It won’t look exactly like this one because I’ll have to fit everything into a smaller space… not quite sure how to do that yet. I only recently switched to letter. Classic size was once my preferred size, so I’ve dealt with those dimensions before.

    But anyways, to quit babbling on, I plan to do a classic size for 2011 along with the letter size. :)

    And thank you for leaving a comment. Comments are always encouraging and make Shelrie and I feel like we’re doing a good job. :)

    Sincerely,
    Angel.

  5. Lisa Lloyd says:

    I love the planner page size here …will you have both?

    Lisa

  6. Angel says:

    @Lisa Lloyd
    Hiya Lisa,

    I definitely plan to update the existing one for 2011. That’ll be cake because it’s already done. :) I just have to change the dates and days of the week, but the layout is already complete.

    I’m sorry I wasn’t more understandable in my last comment. Thank you for asking the question. :)

    Sincerely,
    Angel.

  7. Michelle Morris says:

    You are a God Send!!! I was looking for a daily template when I found yours. It is perfect for me. I am trying to get my life organized and be more “time conscience”. What I am wondering is, as you are the “Cruise Director” for your family, if you have tips for me who seemed more organized when I had children living at home then I am now. I sure would like to put my life back on track… Having a daily timed plan is my first thought in getting this restarted. Any ideas, comments, etc.?

  8. Angel says:

    @Michelle Morris

    Hiya Michelle,

    I’m afraid I’m not very well organized at all as you can tell because it took me 10 days to reply to your comment. :)

    I’m trying to crack the code though, I think as we all are who are interested in and study productivity systems. My three favorite systems are:

    1. FlyLady’s system – Marla Ciley (aka The FlyLady) teaches people to use habits and routines to put the everyday maintenance of their lives on autopilot. She is also a very strong proponent of decluttering.

    2. Getting Things Done – David Allen teaches people to organize all one’s thoughts and projects so that your brain isn’t filled and worried about incomplete ideas, projects, and to-do lists.

    3. Zen to Done and the blog of Leo Babauta – Leo Babauta simplifies and streamlines the GTD system and adds the very important step of “doing” into the mix. He is a strong proponent of tackling only one habit at a time when starting a new productivity system.

    However, even with these lovely systems and ideas, I’m still disorganized. I’m currently writing a book that incorporates these ideas with my own quirky way of thinking about them as I try to develop a tool for myself that will finally help me get organized.

    My quest reminds me of my mother: my mother hates bad breath — I mean, she hates bad breath in a way that most people hate taxes. And she has spent many years in a quest to find products that will finally eradicate her bad breath so that even when she wakes up in the morning her breath will smell like sunshine and rainbows. Her quest is impossible. She will always, at some point during the day, have bad breath. However, as a result of her focused crusade, her breath smells minty fresh for most of the day. That’s how I feel about my quest for a productivity system that will finally organize my life, my family and my home: I will eventually find something that works pretty well most of the time, but chaos will still reign, whether I like it or not, some of the time.

    I’m still working on it though. When I finally have my little book finished, I plan to release it under the Creative Commons License so other folks may benefit from the little tool I created.

    Sorry for taking so long to reply. I had to think it about what to say because I, like you, am still in the process of trying to organize my life.

    Thank you so much for the comment and the question. It was really nice being asked to write down my thoughts on my own productivity journey. It made me really think. :)

    Sincerely,
    Angel.

    Thank you so much for your Daily Calendar pages! I was a devoted Franklin Covey user for over 18 years and moved to the iPhone/Pocket Informant/Google calendar format recently. I need paper and your solution is just right for me! I am grateful for your design and generosity!

  10. Amy says:

    any chance a January 2011 will be up soon? I have thinks being planned that far out to try to accommodate the crazy holiday seasons (:

  11. Megan says:

    Thank you so much for these amazing calendar pages! I have been looking for something like this and it is perfect! Anxiously awaiting the 2011 version!

  12. Dina says:

    @Angel

    Fabulous, thank you!!!! Really looking forward to it — have been scrambling trying to make a planner (that fits in my purse) for a while, about to cave and buy one off of Etsy but with your sheets, I think I can make a great one at home!

    Thanks again, keep us posted! :)

  13. Angel says:

    @Amy

    Hiya Amy,

    I’m going to try to get the 2011 letter version out in the next week or so. Once the holiday season starts (which, for me, is the week of Thanksgiving), we’re all so busy with the holidays that all my projects get put on hold until the New Year. So I want to get this one completed so folks will have a planner before the New Year begins and not after.

    By the way, I really like your website. I love it when people find a way to make a living with their creativity and passion. I hope to do what you have done one day.

    Take care and thank you very much for taking the time to comment. :)

    Sincerely,
    Angel

  14. Kim says:

    Hi Angel,

    I am sooooo enjoying the 2010 calendar. When I was searching for “to do list” =D on the internet about 3 months ago, I ran acoss Benign chaos. This format is very realistic and exactly what I had been looking for. Excellent job and I love the daily quotes. Will the 2011 calendar be found @ benignchaos.com? Can’t wait until 2011 is available. Thanks a bunch!

    Have a grrrreat day,
    Kim

  15. Michaela says:

    Hi!
    I really love your calender pages. You have thought of everything I want to fit in one page.

    Does anyone know if its possible to use the templete to print A5 size? Could that be done by changing the printer’s set-up?

    Best Regards
    Michaela

  16. Michaela says:

    @Michaela
    I found the answer. It works! So now all I have to do is invest in a puncher and I’m all set! I love your pages more than the original ones! I really hope you will continue to create them.
    Thanks!

  17. Nicole says:

    Thank you so much for these planner pages! I was recently diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome and was struggling to find a planner that worked for me. Your letter-sized planner pages are perfect for me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are an answer to the prayers of a college student! God bless you!

    PS- They even look good when printed in grayscale!

  18. Nicole says:

    Oh, one more thing: Remember that you can reuse the pages you create every four years because the dates/days of the week will match up again and you only have to change the quotes (if you want) and the year. Hopefully, this will save you some time! :)

  19. Angel says:

    Dear Nicole,

    Thank you for the tip! I never considered saving the old calendars before (just writing over them for the new year), but that is a very good idea.

    I’m glad the planner pages are working for you. College, at the best of times, is difficult, and you are balancing that with Asperger Syndrome. I enjoyed my college years (even the difficult ones) very much, and wish you good memories and good grades for your college career as well. :)

    Sincerely,
    Angel.

  20. Lou Ann says:

    @Michaela
    What is the answer? How did you make the adjustments? I can’t wait to find out!!!! Thanks in advance, Lou Ann

  21. Jana says:

    Love, love, love your pages!!! Will you be adding pages for next year anytime soon.

  22. May says:

    Thank you this is just wonderful. I was wondering when 2011 will be out. Have a great festive season.

  23. John Odekirk says:

    I love the letter size planner pages. They allow me to write in flowing motion

  24. Jennifer says:

    Thank you so much for doing this! I love the letter size with the daily quote, plus I have room to write everything I need to! Not to rush you, but when do you anticipate have Januaray’s up?

    Thanks!

  25. Nessie says:

    Are the 2011 templates available?

    Thanks

  26. Nessie says:

    Sorry… One more question. Is this format available in the classic format for 2011?

    Thanks!

  27. Angel says:

    @Nessie, @Jennifer, @May, @Amy, @Kim and @Megan

    Hiya Nessie, Jennifer, May, Amy, Kim and Megan,

    I was trying to get the whole year done, but that is just not going to happen. The holiday season is upon us, and I am completely swamped with holiday business. I did manage to get Jan thru April (letter size) done before the madness started though, so I just uploaded those to Benign Chaos.

    I have not started on the classic version, and I probably won’t have time to play with that until after Christmas. I have a previously created classic 2-up planner page from 2008 from back when classic was my preferred size. Nessie, since you are interested in the classic size, may I send you an example of what I created back then and you could let me know if that is what the classic folks are looking for? Then, instead of creating from scratch, I can just update the 2008 template.

    And thank you so very much for all your lovely, encouraging comments. :)

    Sincerely,
    Angel.

  28. egirl says:

  31. Mr. Jim says:

    What happened to the rest of the 2011 Daily calendar pages? All that is shown is January thru April. Where is May thru December 2011? Please reply or put these months on the website. Thanks

  32. Chris says:

    You have to laugh at the clueless, ungrateful ones, who obviously haven’t read any of the other comments. :)
    Thanks for putting these on here, and working so hard on them.

  33. Pam says:

    I love love the calendar, especially the quotes! So motivating to start each day. Oh, plus the NOTES for the Day section, to! You are so creative! Since I use this for work-related and only make appointments, any way possible you can have only the appointments section covering the areas of priority to do, want to do and meals? It would be nice.Thanks for the great work!

  34. Dick Weiss says:

Through the magic that is Google, I was able to go through my search history, and viola! I love these planner pages they are very well though out. Thank you again. I hope you continue to produce them.

  39. courtney says:

    This is the PERFECT planner page! But is there any way you could make the file not “read-only”? I would love to be able to use these templates, but I am a college student so my day begins and ends a little later than the listed times.

  40. Mark says:

    Thanks for putting this up, I thought I might have to create one myself, thanks
